Who we are

The founder

Second Sight was founded by Camille Gerbaud, an independent consultant with a background in social psychology (MSc) and 15 years of experience in brand strategy agencies (Savanta, Sparkler) as well as independent advisory work.

Her perspective combines social psychology, extensive cross-market experience and an “insider–outsider” position as a native French professional who has lived and worked in the UK for over a decade.

Who we work with

Second Sight collaborates with international organisations at key moments when entering or navigating the French market.

This typically includes companies exploring entry into France, teams refining positioning or communication for the local market, and organisations seeking a clearer interpretation of French market dynamics.

In some cases, this also involves guiding brands toward relevant partners — across retail positioning, communication or brand development — to help translate strategic direction into locally grounded execution.

Second Sight also works with a trusted network of senior independent consultants, bringing together complementary expertise when required.

This includes specialists across other European markets as well as disciplines such as data science, quantitative research, semiotics and ethnography.
