cg-research.com is Cadence
Group’s e-commerce site for on-demand research. This site
enables individuals, businesses and government agencies to submit
Research Requests and make secure payments
using a credit card on our secure site.
Clients with retainer or custom contractual agreements may also
use this site to submit Research Requests
by using the Member Option.

What types of questions are answered by cg-research.com?
You may ask research questions on a variety of topics. Cadence
Group’s staff of professional researchers has wide-ranging
expertise in areas including legal, food & beverage, financial
services, international trade, pharmaceutical, public health, technology
and telecommunications and IT. General company and industry research
is available as well.
You may use cg-research.com for your preliminary, fact-finding
research or to confirm your assumptions. All Research
Requests are handled in a confidential manner.

3. What is the difference
between a Standard and Premium request?
The Standard On-Demand Research Request takes up to a day
of a researcher’s time. For a fixed fee, you receive an R3
(Research Request Response) Report showing the compiled and formatted
results of the research typically within one to two business days.
The Premium On-Demand Research Request requires more in-depth and
detailed research and takes more than a day of a researcher’s
time. You make a $500.00 advance payment with client-defined maximums
for additional services and direct expenses. You receive deliverables
in a client-defined format and your R3 Report. Before we begin the
research, we give you an estimate of total time and cost as part
of the pre-payment fee.

4. How much does it cost?
The pricing for cg-research.com research depends on the type of research requested. You may choose Standard or Premium on-demand research. Standard On-Demand Research is provided for a fixed fee of $385 paid in advance using your VISA or MasterCard.
Premium On-Demand Research is provided for an individually priced fee that depends on the size and scope of the Research Request. You make a $500 advance payment and receive an estimate of total time and cost before research begins.

Clients who choose a Retainer Option or Custom Agreement commit to a specified number of hours per month for a fixed fee.

Group who know how to search expertly and efficiently conduct
all research. They possess expertise in many industry and government
areas, and know where to find relevant, reliable information quickly
and how to consolidate the results into a concise R3 report.

to locate information?
Sources range from the public domain sites on the Internet to fee-based
databases such as Factiva, LexisNexis, Profound, Forrester and Dialog.
Other resources such as industry experts and industry analysts are
used as needed.

8. What is your privacy
policy?
When you submit a Research Request to Cadence
Group, we need to know your name, mailing address, telephone number,
fax number, e-mail address, and credit card number and expiration
date. This information allows us to process your order and to notify
you of any questions or problems we have regarding your order. Cadence
Group does not rent or sell any of this information, or exchange this
information with any other organizations.
Cadence Group agrees not to publish, disclose or disseminate confidential
information. Confidential information is information or items disclosed
to Cadence Group during performance of Service, and is not already
considered public knowledge or as being in the public domain.

10. How long does it take
to get my results?
Typically, you receive results for a Standard
On-Demand Research Request within 24 to 48 hours. For a Premium
On-Demand Research Request, results are delivered in a timely
manner depending on the complexity of the Research
Request.

12. What if I have a project-oriented
question?
In addition to on-demand research, we offer prepaid Retainer
Options that provide discounted hourly rates in return for committing
to a specified number of hours per month. Custom Agreements can also

13. What if I am not satisfied
with the results?
In the rare event that results are not satisfactory, we work with
you to make it right. Please try to be as clear as possible when posing
your questions. At times, the initial research will uncover information
that requires an additional fee. In this case, a confirmation from
you will be required to purchase the information.
Sometimes, the response to a query is that there is no answer.
If this should happen, cg-research.com provides you with a report
documenting the steps taken in the research process.
